Who we are

The alianaistudio.ro website belongs to Alian AI Studio. You can write to us at any time at alianoffice26@gmail.com.

What data we collect

We do not create user accounts. We only collect the data you choose to send us:

• The contact form — your name, email address or phone number, the services you tick and your message.
• The order form (comenzi.alianaistudio.ro) — your name, contact details (email, phone / WhatsApp), the order details and any files you choose to upload (for example, photos).
• Newsletter sign-up — only your email address.
• Email, phone or WhatsApp — the data included in the message you send us. The “Send on WhatsApp” button only opens WhatsApp with the text prepared; nothing is sent until you press “Send” in WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use form data only to reply to you and to discuss your project (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract). We use your newsletter email address only to tell you about our animated series, shop and projects (legal basis: your consent) — you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

How it is sent and how long we keep it

Messages sent through the form reach our inbox (alianoffice26@gmail.com) via the FormSubmit form service (formsubmit.co), which only forwards the message to us. We keep messages for as long as needed to reply to you and for any collaboration, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. The form includes invisible spam protection and does not use cookies.

Order data

When you place an order or a pre-order, your data (name, contact details, order details and uploaded files) is stored in our order system, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and we use it only to process the order: to contact you, to make and deliver the product and to issue the invoice (legal basis: performance of the contract made at your request). We keep the data for as long as needed to manage the order and then for as long as accounting law requires. For questions or to exercise your rights, write to us at alianoffice26@gmail.com.

Cookies

The site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and all site resources are hosted locally, with no third-party tracking. The site remembers your language choice (Romanian or English) in your browser’s local storage only. If we add analytics tools, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
